Morning Links: Have a great, safe 4th, looking for a bike riding stickup man, and LiLo crashes Citi Bike — literally

Have a great 4th of July.

Just remember there will be more drunk and distracted drivers on the road this weekend, so ride with a little extra care.

I want to see you back here in one piece on Monday.

I saw a bicycle involved collision or accident on Edwards st. in Huntington Beach, the same street on which two cylists were killed in recent memory. Does anyone know what happened?

That is such BS from the Utah prosecutors.

Cell phone company records might have indicated the perp was texting at the time of the murder.

Or a forensic computer specialist could have examined the phone’s contents to determine if the perp was texting at the time of collision.

If that phoen wasn’t taken by the polcie as evidence, that is extreme incompetence.
