I give up.
After waking up the morning after my fall with extra added pain and stiffness, and a barely functional right arm, I’m giving up and shutting things down for the rest of the week.
Hopefully things will improve and I’ll be back next week.

I feel your pain, I’m just outta rehab from my second fall and pinched nerves, and torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder. The first fall was caused by a torn gluteus minimalis and medialis, and that was a real pain in the butt.
Get well and stay off your feet until you are sure you are able move around. Also, there was “93 year old” bike rider killed in Orange County yesterday.
