Locking circumvented

Did not see it, it must of happened past midnight until early morning. I had my bike locked up to the stairs on my apartment complex and someone broke both bike locks and stole one bike leaving the other one locked with it behind. The bike has a bell on it and a brown seat along with brown handle bars with a black frame with a metal basket mount attached to the rear of the bike.
