Move along, nothing to see here — screaming naked neighbor edition

My apologies.

I dealt with major blood sugar issues on Monday, swinging over 200 points from dangerously low to stratospherically too high, accompanied by a high pulse and low blood pressure.

None of which was probably caused by a screaming naked manic fit when one of our neighbors (allegedly) couldn’t find his drugs, causing him to (allegedly) attack his father, followed by (not allegedly) swimming naked in the building’s (not allegedly) unsafe pool, (not allegedly) screaming insults and curses until the cops came and (not allegedly) took him into custody.

Which is how we all found out he has an opioid problem (allegedly).

I didn’t get to bed until 5:30 am, and stared at the ceiling until long after the sun came up. So I’m going to go to bed and hope too much sleep will give me a reset in the morning.

Because diabetes sucks.

As usual, we’ll be back tomorrow to catch up on anything we missed. And no, I still don’t know any more about the ebike rider killed in Camarillo over the weekend.

Oh, and did I mention that diabetes sucks?

I didn’t think so.

Opioids, too.
