Go ahead and call it murder.
The cops are.
The Redlands Daily Facts is reporting that Jimarvin Marquise Lackey-Berg was arrested following what Hemet police are terming an intentional collision with a man riding a bicycle yesterday.
The victim, who has not been publicly identified, was found unresponsive on 3800 block of West Devonshire Ave, west of Sanderson Avenue, in Hemet around 5:30 Tuesday evening.
He was pronounced dead after being transported to a hospital.
At last report, Lackey-Berg was being held on $1 million bail at the Cois M. Byrd Detention Center in French Valley for suspicion of murder.
Unfortunately, that’s all we know right now. There’s no word on how or why the crash occurred, any possible motive, or whether the driver was arrested at the scene.
Anyone with information its urged to call Detective Pedro Aguila of the Hemet Police Department at 951/765-2423.
This is at least the 48th bicycling fatality in Southern California this year, and the seventh that I’m aware of in Riverside County.
Note: There is also a story about this incident on the websites of the Riverside Press-Enterprise, the San Bernardino Sun and Ontario’s Daily Bulletin, but it is hidden behind their draconian paywalls. If you have a subscription to any of those papers, let me know if there’s any additional information we haven’t included here.
My deepest sympathy and prayers for the victim and his loved ones.
You never know the story until you hear both sides. Did you know that the victim is really a suspect that broke into the man that has been arrested car. Did you? It wasn’t intentional it was a accident. Accident do happen but if someone did the things that this so called victim did what would you do. Especially if you were exhausted from work and asleep in your car waiting for a relative to open the door.
I’m always open to hearing both sides. When the cops, or the DA, or some other credible source changes their story, I’ll be happy to correct mine. Until then, I guess we’ll just have to wait for the case to go to trial.
Well let me explain something about the cops and the DA. They are the biggest gang in California better known as the CCPOA. When you ask a civil attorney to go against these individuals cops and DA’s they are hesitant due to knowledge and fear. So sometimes its best to ace yourself in someone else’s shoes and try to empathize and see what you would do.After being scared and startled as well as stressed. See what happens when News report e rs and newspaper print.a story. That story sticks in the jurors minds and the person is guilty when they are picked to not be bias.

Do you know what’s funny is at the cops and the discreetities are the biggest gang in the state of California better known as the CCP OA California correctional and peace officers association they have each other’s back and they do sometimes mess up on their stories and they will make a person guilty when they’re actually innocent they do things to solve a crime and get it out the way so they can close the case.
So, the entire legal system is corrupt because someone you know personally is being held accountable for — allegedly — intentionally killing another human being. So stop wasting my time, and get a good lawyer.
How can someone be given a real chance at being innocent until proven guilty when articles are being written like this! People are so fast to judge a situation without having any idea what may have occurred before, during or after a situation that you may read online. If you weren’t here nor there I believe you shouldn’t speak about a situation until you hear all sides to a story and there is proof to back up everything you state. It’s sad to see cases where people are innocent but they are not given a chance to prove it due to where they may land on the totem pole / triangle of power aka unfair system that is suppose to bring equality and justice for all.
As I said before, take it up with the cops and the local paper that reported this story. You can attack me all you want, using as many aliases as you want, and it won’t change the fact that I am only citing information that they reported. If you don’t like it, maybe tell the person you’re defending not to use a car as a weapon. Grow up, already.
